PT. Takari Kokoh Sejahtera (“Company”) is a Joint-venture company which established under the law of Indonesia on 2013 by a major Indonesian automobile rental company named PT. Takari Sumber Mulia, and a Japanese leasing & finance company named Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc (which previously named Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Co.,Ltd.)
The Company was established in Indonesia through a Notarial Deed No.145, date 20 December 2012 made by Notary Paulus Widodo Sugeng Haryono, SH, at Jakarta, with Approval Letter from Minister of Law and Human Rights No.AHU-15648.AH.01.01.Tahun 2013, date 26 March 2013, and the Company has obtain its Business License as a Finance Company from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) since 02 August 2013 with the Approval Letter from the Board of Commissioners of FSA No. KEP-67/D.05/2013.
